INDCO's heavy-duty lift dispersers are powerful floor-mounted, high-speed dispersion workstations for batches up to 200 gallons or containers under 40" tall. Adjust the hand knob to speeds between 500-3600 RPM. The heavy-duty ball bearings provide added stability and minimizes shaft vibration. The 1-3/4" diameter x 43" long 316 stainless steel shaft is shielded by a safety shroud and is drilled and tapped on the bottom for bolting on the 10" design A dispersion blade. The pneumatic lift cylinder has an operating range of 48" for a total raised height of 142". The container holder securely holds 55-gallon drums in place with the adjustable chain restraint.
The 10 HP explosion proof motor requires 230/460 volt, 3 phase 60 Hz input. The motor is equipped with motor leads only. All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel for chemical resistance. This electric model features an ABB or an equivalent brand motor.
