February Top Seller: 250 Gallon Stainless Steel Mixing Tanks

INDCO’s top selling products in February 2013 were 250 gallon stainless steel tanks.  With a large variety of available options we specialize in mixing tanks 1500 gallons and smaller.  Our order process flows from quote to purchase order followed by engineering drawings for customer approval, and finally production to delivery.  This complete cycle typically falls within a 6-week time frame for basic models, longer for those more complex.

We offer base model pricing in our catalog but virtually all tanks are built to order. Versatile and ruggedly-constructed 304 stainless steel tanks are fabricated by expert welders with top quality workmanship.  Base models have straight sides, sloped bottom with 1" NPT drain and stand on three to five legs depending on volume.  Our general mixing tank design also features an open top with flanged lip for added strength.  A 2B Mill finish inside and out with interior welds ground flush and brushed exterior welds is our standard industrial finish.  Our sanitary deluxe finish option is a 120-grit #4 finish with all interior welds ground flush and polished.  Exterior welds are ground and buffed smooth.  All welds are passivated and leak tested.  All of our tanks can also be quoted in 316 stainless steel. Pharmaceutical grade sealed sanitary mixing vessels are also available. A multitude of customizable features are available including mixer mounting brackets, heating or cooling jackets, surface finishes to 15Ra, electropolishing, drain valves, casters and lids.  Please call us for the most up to date stainless steel pricing and the industry's best possible lead times.
