Meet Trevor Thien

INDCO is proud to have several employees whose tenure exceeds 20 years.  Trevor Thien joined the INDCO team in September of 1992 in the production department.  He has worked in the plant in several different capacities including shipping, assembly, production management, and today as a certified welder.  INDCO provides its employees with educational opportunities; Trevor has traveled to study propeller workmanship and has completed local courses in advanced welding.

Trevor has experienced many changes and opportunities over the years from the input and design of new equipment to lean inventory and production scheduling.  One industrial mixer he designed was the HSD01 for dispersing in one gallon containers.  The most unique piece of equipment Trevor has built was a custom sanitary disperser with dual drive heads and other custom upgrades.

Trevor has seen the expansion of the production building grow several times over the years and has had the pleasure of working with many great coworkers as the workforce has grown.  Trevor has also continued those friendships out of the office.  Over the years INDCO has participated in community fundraisers that Trevor has been a part of.  From the UPS plane pull in Louisville, KY to various walks and runs in Louisville and New Albany, IN to raise money for multiple causes in the area.  Trevor even won a couple of awards in some of the runs.  Trevor is a valuable asset to INDCO.
