INDCO's mallot-assisted Slicker® hole cutter makes a 1-1/2" hole in plastic or standard metal pail lids. The cutters are cast alloy steel, machined to size, tempered and hardened. Just place cutters 2" from the rim, use a rubber mallot to press into the lid and twist. A plastic seal plug can be used to seal the opening and are sold separately. Mallot is not included.
