Corner-Over-Corner Drum Tumbler

Rotate a plastic, steel or fiber 55 gallon or 30 gallon drum.  Open the hinged ratchet plate and two top clamps, then load the drum into the tumbler.  Secure the drum using the web strap and ratchet around the drum and tighten the two top clamps.  Turn the motor on to begin tumbling.  This air model includes a filter, regulator, lubricator and on/off valvle allow you to vary the RPM with air flow and pressure.  Air requirements are 40 to 60 psi at 40 cfm.  The drum RPM is 14.  Unit accepts containers from 29" to 37" tall and 18" to 23.5" in diameter.  Load capacity is 800 lbs in a full drum or a max of 400 lbs in a half drum.
