4 HP Air Gear Drive Economy Clamp Mount Mixer

INDCO's CLG series gear drive mixers are an economical option for mixing drums or small batches of medium to high viscosity materials such as heavy paints or polymers at low speeds. The 4 HP air motor is our largest in this product line and provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 130 CFM. See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow. The 5:1 ratio gearbox delivers 60-600 RPM. The 48" long mixing shaft attaches to the motor coupler and two 8" impellers with set screws. The adjustable clamp allows for vertical positioning of the mixer and tightens to container or stand with hand knob. All wetted parts are stainless steel for chemical resistance. This model features a Gast air motor which is known for its rugged construction and reliability. Air motors deliver variable speed for maximum flexibility or multiple applications. They are lighter weight than our electric models and reduce the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.
