Our tungsten carbide coated Design D blade is a great option when a dispersion blade with pumping action is desired. The combination of teeth with secondary angled bends for increased flow and teeth with high-shear edge profiles result in a blade commonly used for high solids loading or for higher viscosity products. Tungsten carbide coating provides an extremely hard surface for extended blade life or added durability when used with highly abrasive materials. The 28" diameter blade is laser cut from 304 stainless steel, has a 5/8" center hole and is die formed. We can provide 316 stainless steel blades by request. All our dispersion blades can be supplied with mounting hole patterns to match your equipment requirements. Optional mounting hubs are also available and include welded or bolted designs.
