Our heavy duty clamp mount mixers are our most robust design for mixing in open top containers or with slotted lids. They feature a substantial cast aluminum clamp assembly and nosecone with a pressed-in bearing for maximum shaft support. The mass of the clamp and nosecone combined with larger shaft diameters minimize vibration during operation. The clamp mount has 90° vertical and 360° horizontal adjustments for versatile mixer positioning. The GH series produces high torque necessary for handling large batches of low viscosity materials or small batches of heavy materials.
This electric 1 HP gear drive model with its 5:1 ratio gear reducer and variable speed control delivers 0-350 RPM. The totally-enclosed non ventilated motor is ready to plug into a standard outlet with single phase 115 voltage. The 58" long shaft attaches to the motor coupler and one 15" hydrofoil impeller with set screws. All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel for chemical resistance. This electric model features an ABB or an equivalent brand motor.
