1-1/2 HP Air Gear Drive Heavy Duty Clamp Mount Mixer

Our heavy duty clamp mount mixers are our most robust design for mixing in open top containers or with slotted lids.  They feature a substantial cast aluminum clamp assembly and nosecone with a pressed-in bearing for maximum shaft support.  The mass of the clamp and nosecone combined with larger shaft diameters minimize vibration during operation.  The clamp mount has 90° vertical and 360° horizontal adjustments for versatile mixer positioning. The GH series produces high torque necessary for handling large batches of low viscosity materials or small batches of heavy materials.
The 1-1/2 HP air motor model provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 70 CFM.  See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow. The 46" long shaft attaches to the motor coupler and one 16" hydrofoil impeller with set screws. All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel for chemical resistance. This model features a Gast air motor which is known for its rugged construction and reliability. Air motors deliver variable speed for maximum flexibility or multiple applications. They are lighter weight than our electric models and reduce the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.
