This complete bench top stirrer setup is ideal for mixing medium viscosity materials in small batches up to five gallons. The 3/4 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 30 CFM. See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow. Our model ILS-2000X system comes complete with 12", 15" & 18" shafts that attach to the included 1-7/8", 3" and 4" mixed flow impellers with set screws. The air motor speed control valve operates between 300-3000 RPM and includes a muffler and four-foot air hose. The stirrer is mounted on a 36" tall stand with a 14" x16" base (model IAX-23) and is supported with a clamp (model BL426). This model features a Gast air motor known for rugged construction and reliability. Air motors deliver variable speed for maximum flexibility or multiple applications. They are lighter weight than our electric models and reduce the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.
