1-1/2 HP Air Heavy Duty Pail Lift Mixer

INDCO's heavy duty lift mixers are powerful floor-mounted mixing stations for blending pails up to 14" diameter and 16" tall of high viscosity liquids.  The 10:1 gear ratio, 1" diameter 316 stainless steel shaft and two 10" 3-blade axial flow turbine provide excellent agitation of heavy materials.   The pneumatic lift cylinder has an operating range of 15" for a total raised overall height of 54" and securely holds up to 5-gallon pails in place with the adjustable chain restraint.
The 1-1/2 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 70 CFM.  See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow.  The air valve allows speed control of 0-300 RPM. The impeller attaches to the 25" long shaft with set screws. The left hand impeller design produces downward fluid motion with clockwise rotation as viewed from above.  All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel for chemical resistance.  This model features a Gast air motor which is known for its rugged construction and reliability. Air motors deliver variable speed for maximum flexibility or multiple applications. They are lighter weight than our electric models and reduce the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.
