INDCO's handheld Slicker® hole cutter makes a 1-1/2" hole in plastic or standard metal pail lids. The cutters are cast alloy steel, machined to size, tempered and hardened. Just place cutters 2" from the rim, press into the lid and twist. A plastic seal plug can be used to seal the opening and are sold separately.
