INDCO's sanitary portable clamp mount mixers are excellent for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic or dairy applications where CIP or washdown capability is required.  This economy model includes a white epoxy washdown finish in addition to the 316 stainless steel shaft and impellers and can be regularly exposed to high-pressure cleaning and detergents. This model appears on USDA list of accepted equipment in food-processing plants.
The SM-ESG150A is a 5:1 gear drive 1-1/2 HP air unit.  The 1-1/2 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 60 PSI @ 55 CFM.  The 15" hydrofoil is polished to a #4 150 grit finish and is attached to the 57" long shaft with set screws or can be welded seamlessly to the shaft by quote.  The mount assembly houses a supporting bearing for shaft stability and reduces wear on the motor shaft.  The support bearing and internal parts are protected by a heavy-duty seal.  The deluxe "C" clamp assembly allows for vertical and horizontal adjustments for most efficient mixer positioning.  Many motor options, variable speed drives and additional customizations are available upon request through our engineering department.  Material certification packages are also available and should be requested if required at the time of purchase.
