Thermostat-controlled electric drum heaters put process control in your hands. Whether it is to reduce viscosity for ease of mixing or simply to reach a target product temperature, we have the heater for your application. This 120-volt model, sized for 11" diameter 5-gallon pails, has a temperature range of 60°F to 250°F. It provides 1500 watts and draws 12.5 amps at its highest setting while additional one-half and one-quarter power settings offer flexibility. These heaters fit snugly to the drum with spring-loaded toggle clamps and are designed for indoor use only. They are supplied with a 6-foot power cord and 3-pin plug. The unit requires a Hubbell outlet receptacle (sold seperately). Model cannot be used on plastic, plastic lined or fiber drums.
